They don't release a complete list of arrests, only what they deem beneficial for them for the public to see. They don't want people to have any idea how many niggers they are actually arresting for robbery and other crimes. You should could to the County Attorney's office and offer your services to them so they can put you in contact with troubled young women. Bring some cash though, as extrajudicial services are a big money maker. Treatment programs, anger management classes, parenting classes, hell classes for just about anything you can think of are set by judges as terms of plea deals and probation, and none of this shit is offered by judicial agencies, rather all private for profit companies that pay for their guaranteed customers through bribes to the courts. I'd be amazed if they hooked you up with troubled young women for mentoring if you didn't at least offer donations to their political campaigns or some special interest of theirs.
