Atheism/agnosticism is true but religion is necessary. If God exists nothing we see in our world was actually created directly by him but simply set in motion by him, it just emerged through chance. But without a collective link to divine and higher values sentient lifeforms go insane and destroy themselves. Fact bomb.

Everything is predetermined, religion is a cope, meaning is a cope, and the only inevitable truth is to simply exist.

Isn’t it more uncomfortable? Because you have to face the possibility that this might be your only chance to experience existence, or face eternal damnation. Compared to the religious, they at least have a linear path.
