Vaping is satanic
This shit is unironically harder to quit than cigarettes. I can't even finish a full meal anymore. I take one bite and vape, then nothing tastes good anymore. But I need it to function. A few hours without one and I'm literally sweating and thinking I'm about to die.I didn't have this problem with cigarettes.

I can't even imagine what the next generation is going to function like, they're hitting this shit in middle school.

with cigarettes the having to go outside to smoke part really made me space out my nicotine hits, vaping is too easy to do constantly

I've used vapes before but never got addicted, and I don't consider myself strong willed at all, I just never developed intense cravings for it.

You’re a degenerate weakling then. Vaping is how I quit smoking and then I was easily able to taper the nic level down like 12-6-3-0 and quit over the course of a year.

thats the best part of smoking, it's an excuse to go outside. Hell, it FORCES you to go outside for a bit, unless you're a total low-class hick who smokes indoors.
I got into smoking because I would go to clubs with friends in university, and just stand outside and chaiinsmoke and talk to other smokers instead of going into a loud, dark room filled with retards who are screaming into each other's faces.

yeah I used a refillable for a while to quit smoking and only bought 3mg juice and it wasn't that bad, but it got too expensive because my vape would always fuck up..having to buy expensive juice and coils all the time.. glass tank breaks or battery fucks up.. theyre cheap af online until they add tons for shipping and an "adult signature fee" .. Anyway I started getting the disposable ones from the pajeet gas station and of course those are all salt nic and yeah.. I deal with the exact same shit except vaping when im eating.

shits pretty fucked.

Cigs are akin to a drug too, you shoot the drug down in like 5 minutes. Pipes and cigars are the best, they take too long to smoke for it to be a quick fix. You have to kick back and relax and enjoy it.

This is another point. With smoking you will smoke yourself out at some point and not want to smoke any more. With vape and some flavoring, it's like inhaling kool-ade. I met some kid in line at the bank who had just suffered a deflated lung and I asked him if he vaped and he was like 'yeah...' and looked down sheepishly.

I never smoke anything anymore

And if it’s a random time that I do I puff and never inhale anything that’s months and months ago

I dnt mind the smell of some tobacco but I’ve never chain smoked cigarettes and always quit after having one then not having another for another year

The disposables have way too much nicotine in them and feel like they fuck my lungs up just as much as cigarettes. Buy a box mod and fill your own tank with vape juice. Don't buy the nic salts ones. If you're going to be hitting it all day anyway, you might as well save a bunch of money and use lower nicotine juice. Your tolerance will adjust and you can always taper to a lower level.

>A few hours without one and I'm literally sweating and thinking I'm about to die.
That's a pretty severe physical addiction to the stuff, but it won't kill you to stop using. It will suck, but you can power through the worst of it. Nicotine even in vape form is raping your cardiovascular system, so you're not doing yourself any favours by continued use. Just white knuckle it. The worst of the physical withdrawal is done after 3 days.

Same here, i was feeling out of breathe so much faster too during vaping days. I guarantee you they didn't bother to perform any kind of in depth studies about the negative effects of vaping before flooding the world with cheap vape chemicals.
It will be our generational Asbesto scandal but in x1000 in few years/a decade.

I vaped for like 5 years, probably a vape session every 1-1.5 hours a day. Just recently switched to nic pouches. Way more tame and doesn't feel as toxic. But I bet it's still not the best thing in the world

Succesfully used vape to quit smoking after 20 years. Then quit vaping by gradually reducing nicotine in the juice. But I went outside to vape, even in my own house, even during a storm. It stopped me chainvaping.

The issue is when u quit smoking outdoors and start vaping indoors you chain vape and develop more severe nicotine dependence.

Same but with weed. I would do like 3 bong tokes a day but with a dry herb vape i would be hitting that every hour.

I smoke a daily pack of cigs since the age of 13, i'm now 37, and if i go few hours without one i have a severe feeling of dyspnea. It feels ironic to experience shortness of breathe when i DONT smoke, but it is how it is lol...
But the situation improved a lot ever since i started to only smoke rolled cigs. Now i can't even puff on an 'industrial' cig, it makes me instantly nauseous. Even being too close to someone smoking one.

Rolled cigs will fuck you up less than industrial cigs, you can reduce it further by rolling with the thinnest paper and adding one of the small 5mm filters in the rolled cig. Further reduced the trash in your system and you're forcing yourself to keep your rolled cigs thinner and shorter to accomodate the 5mm filter.
Anonymous (ID: NNhw9Bl8) France No.512655483
>>512655023
that's exactly how it is, tho i'm still using 6mm filters since it's the standard size here. But i roll my cigs into a slightly inverted cone, so the other end of the cig is probably around 5mm in diameter.
I went from 22-25 industrial cigs/day down to 7 rolled cigs/day, which now have been my cruising consumption for the past 5-6 years. I inhale so much less shit, especially when it comes to paper (i take the ultra slim one from rizzla). And even tho rolled cigs are smaller and lighter, i take a good 12mn to smoke one vs 4m30 for an industrial one, the blaze is way too hot on an indus cig.
