There can't be laws against shit like that because Microsoft is private property. If the government made the hiring and firing choices, it would be private in name only and actually a government institution.

If pajeets were competent, no law against this would help software devs anyway, because companies could just hire them remotely, or build their offices in India. If there were laws passed against that too, then indian companies would out compete the rest anyway. Most indians are software devs and if they were any good, the offer & demand dynamic would make the skill worthless due to the surplus.

They are all genetically low IQ and very incompetent though. So even though companies keep hiring them and trying to make it work, they still need people who are not indians in order to get the job done, meaning indian developers don't actually factor into the supply and demand curve, thus software dev salaries remaining high.
