Once a woman is not a virgin you literally have no reason to marry her and take care of her. You can still love her and have sex and get into long term situationships but why the fuck would you ever get into a monogamous union? Also no it isn't the same between men and women, it's okay for men to sleep around (or at least not as bad) but not women that permanently ruins them.
