It often depends on whether you buy a subscription plan or not. If you do not buy a subscription plan then the company owns the song OR, in some cases, simply demands that you declare somewhere the name of the AI company that was used to make the song. If you bought a subscription then they allow you to own the song.
BUT this is still a very new thing and copyright laws often do not consider ownership of AI products to be valid (since they were not created by humans). The courts have already smacked down copyright claims from artists using images saying that the artist can not have copyright protection for art primarily made by AIs. However, if companies establish in their terms and conditions the ownership structure they could potentially get around the lack of copyright protection. It's a grey area.
