English Canadian who lives literally 20 minutes from the Quebec border.
Why is it that you can tell when a White Canadian is French just by looking at them even before they speak?

There's a few certain facial physiognomies that I associate almost exclusively with French Canadians/Quebecois that you don't really see much of in Anglo Canada.
Also hair styles and fashion sense.
I can see all of the things that I associate with the Quebecois in OP's video.

I see a lot of potential Metis (the Canadian equivalent of Mestizos, half-white, half native) in OP's video, yeah.
Would make sense too if it's a poorer region of developed Quebec. I know the narrative is that Canadians wiped out most of our Natives but there's a lot of pockets of Metis around the country.
