I fully believe this because of a experience last year.
I was stuck in bed because of bad surgery.
My wife went out for groceries and while alone at home I had one of those irrational compulsive thoughts of imagine if I would choke on food and my wife would find me dead when she returns.

However some of what i found indicated a more advanced/targeted system. It seems to align with various accounts of neural modulation/telemetry ect. Now i cant definitely prove that, but i did find plenty of evidence that would correlate with that hypothesis ie. the signal anomalies i found via scans, ran some deep statistical inference formulas on them and, according to the AI, they line up with known neural modulation signatures

Sounds a bit out there, but then if youd told people any of the various tech capabilities we have now where possible a few decades ago they would dismiss it as hocus pocus

You would be correct, the signals themselves via commercial wifi and a your body under normal conditions.
