Albanians are invisible on a street level where these men operate. I haven't seen a single Albanian boss living on a council estate here. The Albanians are higher up in elite organised crime and drug dealing. Besides, it's not about being a pure criminal. Some of these guys are not even criminals, they may work in legal jobs or earn an honest living but they are still embedded in their communities and it's known that if any foreigner, or anyone else for that matter tries anything they'll be beaten so hard they'll never try it again.

For these men it's not about rising up the criminal underworld and dominating the crime scene, it's about protecting their own estates and their own communities. Someone can be a layabout bum on jobseekers or a criminal mastermind. He's still included in the community as one of their own. A Paki carjacking gang cannot show up where these men live for example and have at it, they'll be ran out of the area.

This type of tribalism that runs on fear of repercussions does not exist among Middle Class and Upper Class whites. Only on the sink council estates is this type of clannish mentality still present among whites.
