Exactly. Even better if you get into rebuildable tank atomizers, learn to wrap your own coils, and roll your own cotton wicks. Spools of clapton wire and organic cotton are cheap. Coil wire lasts months just swap out the wicks as needed. Brings coil cost down to pennies over proprietary mesh coil systems then almost all your money goes to bottles of juice

In turn, over the years of continuous use, it will eventually give you pulmonary and cardiac issues such as CHF, and your aveoli will be beyond repair.
Perfusion and diffusion will happen at a lower rate, causing you to be out of breath quicker and feeling sluggish due to low spO2 on room air.
I could go on and on, but the point being is that anything ingested via respiratory route over long periods of time is not good at all.
Although it's not as bad as cigs, vapes are still bad nonetheless.

I love vaping but it’s a hell of a habit. You basically end up carrying this shit around all day. I need to quit, it can’t be good to do this for years. The last time I quit I felt great, but stress and boredom caused a relapse. Substances just never stop calling it’s annoying

It's safer than smoking, but it is not harmless. There are studies that show this, but also from personal experience, I can tell you even flavorless juice (only glycerine and nicotine) fucks my lungs seriously.
Nicotine has some positive effects like improved focus and reaction time, but they are fairly minor, and they go completely away once you become dependent on it. You need larger and larger doses to get the same effect, and eventually all it will do for you is get you back to your normal level.

It works for smoking cessation because you can control the nicotine dose and reduce it progressively, but only if you make your own juice. Other than that, it's not worth it. Don't even think about using flavored juices, god knows what crap goes in there.

Actually most of the stuff I buy is made in New Zealand. Plus, there’s a pretty big vaping scene. Adulterated or defective products quickly get spotted. Vape juice isn’t a mystery.

It’s just the fact that my life is exceedingly boring now. It’s not a stretch to say that I looked forward to having a coffee and vape when I went out. Etc. everything gets rather boring without that crutch. It takes about 2 days to stop thinking about it, one good long sleep to begin the process of quitting. It’s just so damn nice sometimes. But has its downsides like now, after I’ve puffed on my vape probably 200 times already today and it’s just keeping me awake at this point. Ah well.
