Most “Greeks” in Germany are of this variant and they are notorious for being like what you’re describing. It's difficult to tell if ND approach is the right one. On a macro economic level it seems to be stabilizing to Greece and bring down debt, bring in investment etc. But at the same time housing prices are retarded, very likely also because of certain policies attracting richer people. It doesn't need to be 0%. 10% would still be attractive compared to other EU nations. 15% it is for other capital gains (other finance instruments, like options, contracts for difference etc), and that is also attractive, as it is lower than in other nations.

Anyways gotta go. Hopefully things get better. It's such a beautiful country in landscape. But there's actual waste (300 politicians as a striking example) and too much "sleaze".
