>>512724417>Your government could have 100% of the US's information on cartels and it would not stop drug flowWe'll never know since the US also has internal conflicts between their three letter agencies and the demand of drugs keeps going
> It's possible you're so corrupt that it would actually benefit cartels, who would know all US information after they bought it from your governmentYes, it has happened before and could happen again, but there are different methods that do worked before that can be applied. For example, in cooperative work between the two countries against cartels, the U.S. has provided information in real time (like visual information/drones) while Mexican soldiers in the field receive the information and arrested cartel members and destroyed their HQ, it has happened and it was a success.
>That's a stupid idea only suggested as a distraction because your country prefers the US do nothing instead of doing something. You can do whatever you want in your country but instead want to start in ours? Why the US can't start cleaning their own house first?
>If people that get rich off trading drugs keep dying, then the incentive to trade drugs is reduced and drug trade will decreaseFor many people, whether they are IQ retarded, sociopaths and psychopaths, money is only an incentive but not the main goal, besides, you really think el Chapo and el Mayo are at the top of the drugs business?
>It's possible that won't solve the problem, but drug kingpins occasionally dying is strictly positive from the US perspectiveYes, PR stunts to use as campaign for the next elections, but the addicts and market remains the same
>Whatever attempts the US makes to stop children from being stupid, killing drug lords on top of that will be more effective.Well that's just sad for the citizens. Why do they need to do drugs? Is it a culture of "drugs are cool", individualism and everyone is on their own, no communities to support each other? Pharmacorps?
