That's zoomer speak and they don't actually understand what it means. First their idea of having a business is some meme shit like YouTuber or trading shit coins. None of them have any interest in building an actual real business that produces some sort of product or service society needs. Also, they think grinding is making stupid tiktoks not actually doing any real work.
Opening a real business is very hard, and it takes years before it actually makes you any real money. In the beginning you have to work ten times harder than anyone else for years before it gets any easier. But, if you do it right for long enough it will pay off.
It's hard, but I'd rather work my ass off in my 20s early 30s then get to sit back and enjoy the rest of my life doing whatever I wanted, than be some wagie trying to do as little as possible and pretending to be busy 40 hours a week until I'm 70. Only then to retire with just enough to not starve.
