Hey anons. How would you design an IQ test to pick top shelf /pol/ type people for employment.

I know it's rare to meet people on here who seem capable but it does happen. When I think of the general population I think of pic related. I took this pic literally this morning. This is what I'm surrounded by.

I am making an online landing platform to hire apprentices. I need to develop a written test to screen out the normies.

Ok OP you have a test. Questions that arent superficially "racist" but use rational thinking to show whether someone is on the level. Such as "if you could only save 10 out of 100 people, what would you select for". If they engage with the question earnestly it shows theyre ok with meritocracy

Shit out of luck anon, anyone who is top shelf from pol is already checked out. You might be able to coax them back in, but you have to read between the lines and look for people who don't fit in. A simple way is looking at a resume, if they have a difficult degree, you can extrapolate better than average intelligence. Now the trick is looking at their work history. People who don't fit in bounce around a lot and have gaps in their resume. Normies and HR retard whores see this is as a exclusion flag because they don't fit the norm. The reality these people have the potential to be the game changers. A few are aware of this and intentionally block them for that reason, they just want bots, not people who think independently.

Anyway, the fact you're looking to design some kind of IQ test to me means you're the one who's low IQ because you don't have the ability to extrapolate the meta data. It's fucking trivial if you're not retarded to find the outcasts and misfits. I wouldn't work with you.
