I used to drink a lot. Smoked weed and cigarettes everyday. I had to stop due to cardiovascular disease. I feel much better now.

I havent had a drink in a year.

I'm on day 3 of sobriety after daily drinking for 20 odd years.
Hit rock bottom during a coke and alc binge, got my ass kicked.

It's good for cooking, but I don't drink it.

Day 60 without drinking and I don’t plan on going back.

I’ve tapered my drinking immensely to the point where I had a couple shots and drinks last night and I’m puking my brains out the last 5 hours of the morning, literally posting after dry heaving nothing because water won’t stay down.

i havent drank a beer in months. before that it had been months. just totally dont care about beer or being drunk. in my 20s i had a period where i'd buy flasks of vodka every day, but no more.
