Wouldn't surprise me if the whole climate-hysteria in Europe isn't also used to solve some of the issues self-driving cars can't yet handle by simply removing human participants from the equation.
CO2 taxes, high fuel costs, high license costs, anti-ICE mandates, etc.. will all make sure the roads are empty enough for self-driving to work eventually. Odds are the tech just isn't good enough to handle busy traffic and human unpredictability.

I've also asked AI's to write a simple game of Nokia Snake. It's one of the easiest fucking games to make, you can literally count the pixels on the screen.
Of course I got nothing of value, at this point I don t think AI can code a program which when you double click on it shows you an image with Hello Word written on it.
