The only people in the District of Columbia should be government bureaucrats, officials & employees engaged in government work, municipal employees maintaining the urban infrastructure, foreign diplomats, and visiting citizens with civic business. Everyone should commute the fuck out of there when their work day is done. The only living quarters should be the White House for the President and his guests.
All hobos, jews and rats should be humanely removed.
