I've noticed a growing trend where Indians here change their names to something they think sound "Western".
ie "James Jameson" but still sounds a bit off like they picked them from brand names in Dublin airport duty-free.
Someone said the Indian government has made it easier to change names online?

senior manager here, have a dalit junior manager around. Every single time brahmin interns, trainees employed; I always put them under junior dalit supervision, give him full authority over them, and report to me every single caste based threat from them to him so i can straighten them up. Many brahmins rather resign than submit to a dalit (they can't even sue back since their visas will be revoked)
