every born child is registered with their fingerprints, it's not like the "form" is just mail in, all the government shit in canada requires you to be in person, they need to take a photo, you need to provide your own ID, they are gonna check your income, and your crime history, and the investigators are gonna ask the kid where their parents are.
if the kid is from a 3rd world country, with no fingerprints, well fuck, other than sending the kid to the orphanage, the guy that found the kid is probably the best alternative if they even allow single parents (AKA the guardian completely skips the adoption approval process).
But nobody wants kids, the average age for getting kids is 30, probably going to be 40 soon (geriatric pregnancy). Nah man, unless the kid was old enough to get a job, I wouldn't take the kid in, to the orphanage you go.
