i don't see anything natural with a debt based system that is designed to offer a brief sense of prosperity only to implode in the end with the general public getting the short end of it every time. you create wealth and they slowly transfer it to themselves through wars, disease and inflation. when things are about to implode, they just do everything to dodge and redirect people's rage. there's no accountability.
i don't know how centralized all of this is, but there are certainly some organizations that hold more sway over others, such as the bis. psychopathic or not, some of them do roach out on each other when push comes to shove, but they're more organized and determined to hold on to their power over regular people which have been conditioned to go at each others throats and fend for themselves instead of uniting against the top when things go awry.
