>a chopped carrot is processed food technically
if you want to be extra disingenuous, you can take the physics major route and argue that because it exists in the universe, it is natural therefore a sausage hot n ready is a natural food
>cutting out dairy
definitely for the best.
When I was 18, I was around 210lbs and looked like Christian Bale in the Machinist so I drank milk to gain weight.
A gallon per day.
This went on for about 6 weeks until I start pissing rocks and blood.
I cut back but still enjoyed iced cream
I caught a MRSA in university and had to take antibiotics which completely destroyed my ability to process dairy and I've never felt better

the rigor mortis was feeling super stiff and sore muscles.
Like I've been in a car wreck.
Also had tremendous and constant pain in only my arms and legs.
Specifically in my humerus' and femurs.
Like they were broken.
Super weak as well.
Mind you, I had a job where I lifted mattress all day.
The average weight was ~120lbs according to line metrics. Max mattress weight was 310lbs but they would only run about 100 at a time.
We ran between 900 and 1100 mattresses per day and I lifted at least half of them.
My partner on the line would always seem to develop IBS when he saw the heavy ones were coming down the conveyer.
So I ended up lifting the heaviest ones by myself for around 30 minutes (the length of his usual bathroom break)
I switched back to a high protein diet and felt FUCKING great
