I tried and failed. Repeatedly.
I'm a legit giant.
If I don't get a certain amount of protein (~170g per day) it starts feeling like rigor mortis is setting in.
The ease and protein density of meat can't be beat.
With beans, the next highest protein dense food, there's so much prep that it sucks all joy out of living.
You're just meal prepping, eating, experiencing painful gas despite doing all the things to prevent the gas and then rinsing and repeating.
Compare that to pan searing a chicken breast.

>True Aryans are vegetarian.
Hitler was a vegetarian but he never fucking enforced his belief on people. He promoted other people eating meat.
He was against hunting and animal cruelty and he called hunters barbaric and urged hunters to get a job farming/butchering animals in controlled settings instead of shooting beautiful animals out in nature.

Hitler's aversion to eating meat was likely a psychological reaction to his niece killing herself, people close to Hitler said he wouldn't eat meat for weeks (if ever) after because he realized he was eating a corpse.

Were factory farms different back then?
The most anti-nature, ugly place I've even been in with untold amounts of animal cruelty was a factory farm.
I seen a guy beat a pig to death with a pipe because he didn't know how to operate a shield.
There was another guy that was known for fucking pigs.
When management was told, they were like "The sow is 500lbs, he's certainly not hurting her plus he shows up everyday"
The slop that they eat in no way is something that should be fed to anything living.
Shooting something in the chest while it's out in nature just living its life is infinitely kinder than anything that happens in a factory farm.

I don't know the full context of it.
Hitler made it a point to keep his vegetarianism and his dislike of hunting a private matter/an opinion, he never really imposed it on people.

He really disliked hunters and called them barbaric, but ironically he also streamlined and expanded hunting regulations

I did a bit of googling but I don't think "factory farms" as we know them today existed in Nazi Germany, factory farms as we know them originated in North America in the late 1940s and early 1950s. In Nazi Germany, most pigs, chickens and cattle were still raised in smaller, mixed family farms or estate operations with outdoor yards and barn stalls and shit.

Hitler opposed the "over-mechanized" (in his words) slaughter of animals as an industry and considering Nazi Germany was the first country to put in a bunch of laws protecting or at least easing the pain of farm animals, they were probably treated far better than "factory farm" animals

I think Hitler's stance against hunting was mostly that "We already farm chicken, pigs, cows, there's no point for us to remain at the top of the food chain in nature" and that it was frankly cruel and pointless to go out and kill a deer or something when you had steak, pork, chicken and other farmed alternatives, and if you WANTED to kill an animal for some fucked up reason, it already existed in the form of farming.

This was still only Hitler's personal opinion on the matter. The fact that he actually expanded hunting regulations and rights Germany in spite of his opinions is interesting though.

elephants, bison and cattle are all vegetarians that eat grass, and have more than enough protein to get gigantic. adults do not need massive amounts of protein, you only need 5% of your total calories to be protein. excess protein is poisonous to the body and leads to cancer, among other things.
the mistake many vegetarians make is thinking they need massive amounts of protein, so they are always chasing that, then never feeling satisfied. that's because your body does not use protein for fuel, it is only for repairs for the most part. you use either carbs or fat for energy.
if you look throughout history, almost every civilization that ever existed ran on starch, not fat and certainly not protein
you would get enough protein eating starchy vegetables like rice and potatoes
https://youtu.be/_KvyAylxBkQ
a short version
https://youtu.be/Uui23NmEF7M

so again the main problem many have going vegetarian is that it's simply an avoidance of meat, rather than going towards foods that will satisfy your hunger. starches do this, leafy greens do not. you can live on 90% rice or 90% corn, but not 90% lettuce or cabbage or carrots. you can however live on 100% potato diet and many do. even the dreaded white rice is about 7-8% protein by calorie, so it's more than enough for your daily needs. all you need extra is vitamins a, c, and b12.

But yes, Hitler, despite being a vegetarian, didn't enforce Vegetarianism and in fact he heavily promoted it. Germans ate more meat under Nazi Germany than in the decades before.

If we want to go by the likely theory that Hitler's aversion to eating meat stemmed from the psychological impact of his niece's suicide, and the fact that he tried keeping his vegetarianism secret for nearly a decade (only going public about it in 1942), and his opinions on hunting and needlessly taking wild animal lives that don't need to be taken when we already have farm animals, it's more likely that Hitler simply wanted to reduce the amount of living things he, as an individual, killed. It was a private choice and a private decision.

Meat, fats and eggs were set as key targets whose domestic production had to be “maximally increased” and housewives/mothers were encouraged to serve pork and steak through advertisements.

nuts have enormous amounts of fat in them. when you eat fat it takes up the place in the cells where sugar should go
an ai summary of dr mcdougall's stance towards meat being poison
>According to Dr. John McDougall, meat and other animal foods are inherently poisonous to humans because they contain five major substances—protein, fat, cholesterol, methionine (a sulfur-containing amino acid), and dietary acids—in amounts that far exceed human metabolic needs and can cause significant harm over time.
> He argues that these substances are superabundant in animal foods compared to starch-based plant foods, leading to a cumulative toxic effect that contributes to chronic diseases.

>Dr. McDougall contends that the harmful effects of these substances are not immediately apparent, creating a long latent period—often four decades or more—before conditions like heart attacks, strokes, type-2 diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, and cancer become evident, which leads people to underestimate the dangers of consuming animal products.
> He draws a parallel to tobacco and alcohol, which are also slow-acting poisons, but notes that unlike these substances, the dangers of animal foods are not widely acknowledged by the public.
>The specific toxic effects include:

>Protein overload: Excess protein strains the liver and kidneys, contributes to bone loss by increasing calcium excretion in urine, and accelerates the decline of kidney function over a lifetime.
>Fat overload (lipotoxicity): Excess dietary fat is easily stored, leading to obesity, insulin resistance, heart disease, type-2 diabetes, and cancer.
>Cholesterol overload: Cholesterol is only found in animal products and accumulates in the body, contributing to atherosclerosis and increasing cancer risk.
> Sulfur toxicity: High intake of sulfur-containing amino acids like methionine leads to the production of homocysteine, a known risk factor for heart disease, and causes unpleasant odors due to sulfur metabolism.

>Dr. McDougall emphasizes that these toxins interact synergistically; for example, excess protein, methionine, and dietary acids work together to damage bones, while fat and cholesterol combine to promote arterial disease and cancer.
> He also criticizes the marketing of animal foods, which promotes specific nutrients like calcium in milk or iron in beef, diverting attention from the overall harmful impact of consuming animal products.
> He asserts that plant-based foods like potatoes, rice, beans, and vegetables do not cause illness when consumed in their natural, unspoiled form, unlike animal-derived foods.

>Cows typically spend between 3 to 6 hours a day eating, with some sources indicating an average of 6 hours per day.
cows also only sleep for about 4 hours a day, in small naps throughout the day. and to then say that this means that you will have to imitate them...for some reason...
i think you are deliberately missing the point. you were not getting tired because no protein, you were tired because no carbohydrate. that is what gives you energy. starch, or complex carbohydrate, is what humans naturally eat all over the world and leads to the best health outcomes. your brain needs glucose to operate, which is why keto works. it breaks down muscle and turns it into sugar.
your body also stores about 10-15 pounds of sugar water in the liver and muscles. you need to up your carbs and lower your protein and fat, then you will have tons of energy

he is basing this on the constituent components of meat, as it clearly says in the post. protein, fat, cholesterol, methionine, and dietary acids. unless somehow processed meats only contain these and regular meats do not? of course, this is not logical.
and there is nothing so horrible about
processed food, it's a scare word. a chopped carrot is processed food technically. it's like "all natural", it's marketing. sausage is ground meat, seeznin, bread crumb, and casing, which can be natural or plant based collagen (almost all are plant based collagen now btw, i worked in a sausage factory). people go on about muh nitrates but they are in celery and nobody is going on about banning celery. your own body makes more nitrates than you could consume through "processed" meats. the processing involved in meat is usually adding salt to control bacterial growth, and smoke to kill off anything in the meat.
for the record i did keto for about 10 years and carnivore for about 3 years, so i'm not some sort of dewy-eyed idealist. i had been vegetarian for a few years, but kept up with eating tons of butter and full fat milk. i stopped dairy about 2 months ago and my horrible arthritis has nearly gone away, including painful bone spurs in my hands and feet. i am as surprised as anyone, and i escaped the fate of my 2 brothers who both have ankylosing spondylitis and multiple hip replacements.

and nobody is saying you need to eat tons of beans. there are lots of other foods that aren't beans. x
and do you get the same problem from canned beans? if not, maybe it's technique. soaking them the night before leaches out some of the sugars that cause gas. also cooking them longer, and with onion and garlic, helps with the farts. but you really don't need to eat tons of protein.

I tried:

soaking - didn't work

seasoning with ginger and other gas reducing spices - didn't work
I tried nuking the gas with rinsing, then soaking for 12 hours, then pressure cooking with ginger and epazote, then rinsing again
You guessed it - didn't work.
I even tried all of that with Greger's advice of adding a tablespoon per day until you get gas then back off and then inching yourself back up. Didn't work.

it's not me that's disingenuous, it is marketing language and people that use it are disingenuous. and yes, lightning bolts and snake venom are all natural, and both will kill you. so natural does not mean safe, good, etc etc. but you already know this
>switched to high protein diet
beans ARE a high protein diet, they have amounts comparable to meat, which is why people going vegetarian think you need to eat tons of it. you just swapped one protein for another.
when you are doing endurance work, you use up the glycogen (sugar water) in your muscles and need to replenish it. you don't really need tons of exogenous protein because generally people's bodies do a great job of recycling nutrients. you will notice that distance runners and those sorts do not gnaw on chicken breast as they run down the track, they slurp down glucose packs meant for diabetics.
also the pain you describe can be the result of undercooked beans, which i think is what's going on here. there are literal poisons that need deactivating via cooking in them.
at any rate, you don't need to eat beans, and maybe you have problems with them. some people do. but you could eat oatmeal, pasta, rice, bread along with a bit of say broccoli and a half an orange, and you would have whatever you need in a day.

it's not like you are missing out with not eating beans, there really is no need to choke them down if they make you feel like shit. broccoli is high in protein oddly enough. you will never be protein deficient if you get enough calories via whole food starches or even bread.

i used to be a cook also, but i really keep it simple for myself. right now i am waiting on a whole sheet pan of baked potatoes. i also like mash. i am pretty poor so i add pretty much just salt and pepper, vinegar, ketchup, and some herbs i grow like chives and dill. i'm actually really into the flavour of the potato in and of itself.
another way i like them is to only cut them in half and put them cut side down on a sheet pan and roast them for an hour at 400 with salt and pepper on the pan. you get the combo of baked potato texture with the browned crispy bit that's like roasted potato.
i also like to make coleslaw from cabbage and carrot with apple cider vinegar, then mix the cold salad with the hot mash. the texture stays nice and crunchy and goes really well with whipped potatoes.

i love rice and it's super cheap for the giant bags. per pound you really can't beat it, beans are 3x the price. potatoes are about the same cost per pound but have more water weight, so more expensive than rice. rice and sugar go oddly well together, and so does sugar in pasta sauce. try some canned fruit with rice, like pineapple or mango.
carrots taste good but you can't live off them. but they are super low cost per pound and have lots of fiber. cabbage is cheap too and as i said before you can make an easy slaw and keep it in the fridge in a big tub. eat some before every meal for girthmaxxed turds

Aryans roamed Eurasia in nomadic tribes with huge herds of cattle or similar mammals. They subsisted off the meat and dairy from their animals.

i dont understand vegans. if you shoot a deer instead of the deer being eaten alive by a pack of wolves what difference does it fuckin make? its a ponce pilate ideology that doesnt actually accomplish anything. only thing vegans ever said bout that is to basically kill animals and replace them by beans. its just not logical.

True Aryans are cannibals and blood drinkers. The worst possible outcome of every dumb theory being right is in fact correct. The true "Jews" are neither the Jews you know today, nor the ancient "Jews" of "Israel." All of these things are fictions created by an invasive, subverting force that only has the name "Jew" because the tradition you're familiar with as Judeo-Christianity destroyed that southern Canaanite hilly crossroads region first, using all of the methods of corrupting the indigenous elite, degenerating the indigenous masses with fundamentalism, fusing themselves parasitically to the nation, distorting history, and destroying native institutions for which you curse "the Jews."

But those were Aryans. Judeo-Christianity only has the pretense of being a Semitic tradition because that's the trail of destruction in its wake. All of the Bible is a fiction leftover from that propaganda war, both in the "Israel" that never existed and in the lands ravaged by Christian fundamentalism. However, christing, is an Aryan technology. That's why the rituals done by the Moses and Jesus are direct analogues to extant Hellenistic practices. The last supper is not a Semitic ritual meal, it's an orgiastic Bacchic feast complete with children and the same use of flesh and blood as at Eleusis. The true history of Indo-European heritage is written right there in the mythology of the Bible behind a veil of falsified "Hebrew" history, meaning that the nation wrecking parasites really do exist, but they were Indo-European and even wrote all of the Biblical texts in Greek. All of the accusations of blood libel are 100% accurate, but that tradition is Indo-European and was also at the heart of Christianity throughout the dark ages and into this struggling enlightenment. Just like the thing called the "Greek dark age" resulting from the so-called Bronze Age collapse is an aftershock of a culture being subverted, degraded, infiltrated, and replaced by Indo-Europeans.
