Because the bulk of it has been on ceasefire since 1998, the original provos are all fucking boomers now. There are a smattering of dissident groups the “Real” IRA and Continuity IRA; the former is larger but apparently threaded with glowies because their entire leadership council got arrested a few years ago after hosting a meeting at a bugged b&b. CIRA is basically just a few old tight-nit provo families, they occasionally plant small pipe bombs in Derry to remind people they exist but otherwise haven’t pulled off any successful attacks since the early 2000’s. The old political wing of the IRA (Sinn Fein) has been throughly domesticated by the Clintons and Globohomo.
