Trump signs order demanding return of sex games to Steam
https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/08/guaranteeing-fair-banking-for-all-americans/
>Sec. 4. Removing Reputation Risk and Politicized or Unlawful Debanking. (a) Within 180 days of the date of this order, each appropriate Federal banking regulator shall, to the greatest extent permitted by law, remove the use of reputation risk or equivalent concepts that could result in politicized or unlawful debanking, as well as any other considerations that could be used to engage in such debanking, from their guidance documents, manuals, and other materials (other than existing regulations or other materials requiring notice-and-comment rulemaking) used to regulate or examine financial institutions over which they have jurisdiction.
Payment processors have to retract all of the rules they rolled out, and then explain and prove that they rolled it back. They are not allowed to interfere and ban transactions for products they don't like or find to be "reputation risks" any more.

Trump actually, unironically, saved h-games and similar content.

Does this actually apply to payment processors?
It says
>bank, savings association, credit union, or other financial services provider
That only seems to be stopping unions and savings associations from debanking people involved in Jan 6th or refusing loans to venture capitalists who are known to scam their way to the top.

After actually reading it, it has nothing to do with Steam or itch banning porn games. It's just Trumo protecting J6ers.

MasterCard/Visa want to remove loli from the internet. They recently started removing shota after ignoring it but it's believed that's just because they don't want to come across as gay pedophiles.
They used a feminist group as a scapegoat to go after any games that show "mistreatment of women" which included many horror/action games and any H-Game since a woman having sex is mistreatment of a woman.

>>512796400
This, it seems like unless this leads to further support of the anti-debanking bill which got perma-stalled by DOGE killing the office that was building it, this has nothing to do with visa/mastercard.

Yes, but the content of the order is broad enough such that it prohibits all debanking, applicable to Steam and Itch as well.

Mastercard will be the first to remind you they are not a banking service, a financial institution, or anything of that type.
They simply facilitate moving money from point A to point B.
It's bullshit, but they're ready to argue that.

This doesn't do shit to stop payment jews. nothing is fixed until Trump holds a press conference where he calls up Gabe Newell to the stage to announce we're making vidja great again, payment processors get fucked, and HL3 is out now.

The only mention of payment processors in the EO is that banks cannot stop you from accessing a payment processor.
Not that a payment processor can't stop your transaction.

Sex games confirmed to be part of money laundering activities that Israel needs to uh defend itself.

Either that or he and fellow Israeli "legitimate businessmen" are afraid the ban is a step toward eventual banning of porn sites like onlyfans and pronhub that move the big money.

This order is about not letting banks get away from a shady high risk customer who bankrupted a casino and his minions that attempted an insurrection. It will do nothing to protect loli porn.

A lot of niggerish Obama type shit has gone down because banks and payment processors are somehow allowed to debank you for a huge list of bullshit reasons. Bear in mind this all came into the fore during Obama's tenure.
