ive been in the hospital several times for this. also been to inpatient detox aka jail lite. now my gf of 6 years left and my parents dont trust me and i fell down enough times to where my knee has no skin, my toe is broke on one side and ankle sprained on the other. i cant really walk, my balance is fucked. i had to have brain surgery to fix a bleed. broken ribs, etc. im typing this sitting in my parents house since its only 1 story and mine is 3 and stairs are a no. i wish someone would deliver me a vape but i dont dare try and walk up the hill outside to my car.

I think you have to mix it with other medicine, probably paracetamol & heavy alcohol use. I didn't win the disease lottery yet or just don't know it yet, but I was drinking 250ml whiskey daily for 6 years straight until I decided to cut it down, still drinking around 0-5 strong beers a week.

when you start mixing drugs though, you get some serious hangovers and disease spring up.

Real serious alcoholism is a self correcting issue one way or another. It kills slowly enough, makes you feel shitty enough, and fucks with your life and ability to function enough for so very long before the point of no return that there really isn't much excuse not to get sober. Either it fixes itself by virtue of how terrible that level and frequency of drinking actually feels or it gets rid of the problem by getting rid of the problem drinker. If you gave an animal narcotics but then tortured it relentlessly at varying degrees of intensity for two days whenever it took the drugs even a fucking animal would probably learn and change their behavior.
