I've still yet to see what actual rights trannies should be getting over and above normal rights. It's always shit like:

That's exactly the point. Trans people don't go through hormone therapy and extensive surgery just to be trans in the privacy of their own homes. They want the right to control other people's perception of them, as a way to compensate for the lack of control they have over their own lives.

I consider body dysphoria to be more of a social disease than a physical one. From what I've seen, most trannies initially start out being unable to identify with the stereotypes of their own gender, which leads them down the rabbit hole of believing that they were simply "born wrong" and setting out to fix this mistake, not realizing that by doing so they become the ones enforcing gender stereotypes on themselves.

He was migendered. There's nothing reasonable that the government can do about that. What exactly are they expecting? He was going to kill himself eventually.

It varies from person to person. Some are quite literally born with a deformity of their brain structures, which leaves them feeling wrong but unable to pinpoint what (and they're often funnelled into the assumption that it's because they're the wrong gender... and then they get surgery and made into a monstrosity, it doesn't fix the sensation they have because the brain hasn't been corrected, and they kill themselves out of despair).

There are those who develop similar symptoms due to external or chemical issues, but these usually have other mental disorders as well that exacerbate the situation, and they also get caught in the grinding machine that is "trans" (which are those you're referring to).

Then there are those who are doing it because they want to be trendy, or to promote an agenda, or for sexual gratification. I don't lump them in with the other two because I see their involvement is more predatory and malicious than the true sufferers who are exploited.

It's a difficult situation to handle because distinguishing the victims from the perpetrators is difficult at first, but the redflags become more obvious the longer an individual on the pro-trans side speaks on it.

There's no reason to even try to differentiate the two groups newscaster far more of them are predatory. Of course this negatively impacts the ones that might have a genuine problem, but they don't police themselves. The predatory ones actually harass any trannies that try to detransition because they think it harms the credibility of trannery as a legitimate form of therapy.
