man creates linux antivirus/antimalware/anti-rootkit
he made a GTK4 based ClamAntivirus for Linux so that you can scan computers without using Windows 10

TURNS OUT he started receive death threats and abandoned his project

https://www.neowin.net/news/linux-dev-quits-after-personal-attacks-from-user-over-kapitano-antivirus-tool/

Was he personally attacked online by CIA, Mossad and Microsoft?

Who knows.

possible, sure. it stands to reason that microsoft has some type of "department" for this kind of thing. anything that interferes with their marketshare. And honestly, maybe even the FBI or DHS get involved. Microsoft is built-in spyware on most American adults

>gets in an internet argument with ONE user
>quits project like a pussy
That's all it took for him to quit the project? He should grow some skin. What's rather strange is that the project is open source and he's getting accused of being malicious, when people can just check the sources. Really seems like a glownigger operation, but if that's all it takes for them to take you out then I wonder if you should be in charge of any projects at all.

Either way, you can just install linux on a usb and install clamav in it, boot from the usb and then scan your system. I bet there are live cds out there with clamav on them.
This project was basically just a frontend to clamscan.

There's a Finnish flaggot who posts on /pol/. His posts are always bullshit but I've come to enjoy his posts, I call him "finbro". Although most of them are 1pbtid sometimes he does put effort in. And when he does...
How to spot finbro in the wild:
>always has a really outlandish subject or topic - think really cheap sensationalist media.
>almost always posts a moderately attractive gril - lust provoking image etc. Some of them have 4chinz filenames and will give a revimage results, others not so much.
Sauce (If I could find it):
>It's b8 - that's very clear. There's little or no engagement but most anons fall for it and will happily argue with each other. So as a slide or bred derailment strategy generally it works.
>he always uses Finnish news sites such as https://www.yle.fi, https://www.is.fi/, https://muropaketti.com/, https://www.suomenmaa.fi/ or https://www.iltalehti.fi/ as his sauce and it's almost always misinterpreted, unrelated or bullshit from his end. They are usually based on local (Scandinavian or Northern European) topics.
>almost always the bred is pruned/404's when I call him out, specifically using the word "finbro"
It could be a jidf/botfarm thing but having seen the pattern I have a bit of a soft spot now for finbro. Apparently he may also be a ylilauta rapefugee.
If you spot him in the wild - call him out by all means but also give him some gentle encouragement. Some of the time his bullshit is well crafted to be solid bait. Other times it's just too outlandish or isn't well thought out.
If we're going to have people (bots) derail our board and breds let's encourage them to at least put some decent amount of effort into the content they produce. Otherwise we end up looking stupid.
