White crime was always about controlling the community through intimidation and protection while nig crime was just wanton violence. There’s a local baker on your street so you roll up say “hey you’re gonna give me 10% of your take per month and I keep your shop safe from niggers that want to take what’s in the cash drawer.” The baker of course has no choice cause you’ll roll up on him if he says ‘no’ but in the end you now have a mutually beneficial relationship. Cops weren’t patrolling in Irish/Italian neighborhoods so there wasn’t any law and order to begin with. You WERE the law.

Well fast-forward a hundred years and barely any transactions are done with cash so there’s no way to take your 10% without tipping off the IRS and all the local bakeries got replaced with Paneras who have to account for every cent anyway or corporate shuts their asses down.
