I recently accessed our military court martial records (which are public record, by the way) and there was a trial conducted where a SGT was accused of assault. He, no joke, lightly pushed two recruits out of the way in the Mess to get through, and they cried to the instructors. He was found guilty.
Another retarded case was here at work only last week. One of the older blokes walked up to a guy who is 20 years old, slapped him on the shoulder (firmly, but not assault) and said "g'day mate, good to see you, how was your weekend?". The 20 year old faggot went straight to HR and legitimately bawled his eyes out. The older bloke is now on his "first and last warning". Needless to say, this 20 year old is now hated.
