As populations go down there will be less strain on infrastructure and welfare systems and GDP per capita will actually rise as the now stagnated GDP is compensated for by a lower population.
There is also the fact that AI will take over like 1/3rd of modern jobs anyway.And most ethnic minorities take more out of the system than they put in, we would be better of automating more than importing a slave class that hinders progress because their cheap labour is an incentive for companies to not invest in tech.
