We likely live in one of the most degenerate ages since the end of the Roman Empire. There has not been a more sexualized culture than ours. Degeneracies such as homosexuality and pedophilia are pretty much what you might metaphorically describe as demons inhabiting someone's soul. major ways that these demons are transmitted are through media such as pornography, television, movies, music, etc. our society puritanical commitment to liberalism has come at the expense of any sort of social control of what people are allowed to produce and consume, which has resulted in hundreds of millions of westerners being exposed to demonic media from a young age because it is considered evil to try and control what people have access to. There's no sense trying to find some sort of justification for the demon inhabiting your soul any more than there's any sense in a pedophile trying to glamorize their demon
