I believe that the commies that took power after they did a military coup during the events of 1989 Revolution in my country actually got most of their success not just from the connections and cronyism but because they were legitimately higher IQ than the average population, they were selected for that in recruitment and it wasn't something they deviated from for decades. The Rapture isn’t biblical. It’s apocryphal. Revelation is the metaphorical playbook for how it always ends. There is a “world” (read interconnected industrial network that is multi cultural with various sovereign states under different disciplines) and it ends. It is ended by a false prophet who promises a better life, and makes himself as grand as a god.
