Good people have limits and bad people donโ€™t.

Maybe itโ€™s just inevitable that the most fucked up people possible end up in charge simply by outcompeting moral people. Maybe there is no solution to the problem we face; the best case scenario is a few good men briefly ruling over a pile of rubble before amoral people come through again and seize control.

Perhaps control by deceit is a mercy we took for granted.
Perhaps it is only in service of truth that we find its price.

If any of us make it, I hope we donโ€™t feel regret. I hope that we keep that shard of innocence we pretend doesnโ€™t exist.

Genocide is fine and we need one. They want to destroy your culture, destroy your race, destroy them. Why do you cling to the idea your are evil for doing what they crave to do? Does suicide make you noble?

>the most fucked up people possible end up in charge simply by outcompeting moral people
That's the logical win of a most naive game-theoretic outcome.
The truth is that when people see that there is evil so unconscionable that it obviously threatens the reproduction of their society in the moral sense, then it becomes one's moral duty to wipe out the evil without a second thought.
Like what people should have done to Epstein, Mossad and all of Israel when they realized they are leveraging the innocence of children for political blackmail against US political leadership.
This tactic deliberately threatens the mores that underpin our civilization and the process of how children are socialized in order to become mature adults capable of forming healthy adult relationships. Either it stops or they die. Cut and dried.

I like the one where the big scary fish from Subnautica swims at the camera after a few seconds

Good people are able to plan. This planet is simply demon possessed. Why that happened is anyone's guess, but it stops soon.

What I mean to say is, the respective value of game theoretic conditions change when, through the process of playing the game, conditions emerge that are mortally dangerous to the theoretician.
Like Epstein's operation and conduct

That sign is actually local to me its a big spot for first time divers. They do diving lessons and stuff there, the meme photos make you think its like some murky secret scary underwater cave but its a tourist attraction and a novelty. You might die if you go in but thats true for anything. But mostly Eagles Nest is a tourist spot these days
