In panel one we see a multiracial Christian family sitting down to say grace at dinner.
In panel two they are threatened by some sort of anti-Christian terrorist, who threatens them and demands he choose between Jesus or his family.
In panel three, he declares his love for Jesus,, and the gunman fires offscreen, implicitly killing the man's family.
In panel four, they are reunited in heaven, implicitly all having been murdered by the gunman; they embrace around Jesus Christ, who is depicted as black.
This is a well crafted example of a "Poe" - as this is a known phenomenon, I would presume it was made to be intentionally ambiguous as to whether it was intended seriously or not, and as such, I would identify it as an article of parody, of the type which uses the ambiguity as a framing device.
