This is true. You inhale food once you run out after taking it long enough. It also fucks with your confidence after awhile because you start to think you can't do shit without it, which is partially true because working while off the stuff becomes very difficult if not impossible. There is always a price for over-performing over a long period of time. It can get pretty dark.

That's like asking if there is a moderate way to use opiates. Unless you have extremely good self-control that'll last years for as long as you take it, you'll have every reason to gradually increase your dose over time because over-performing at work and such will bring good things your way.... for awhile... until it doesn't.

I have taken addy and modafinil for deadlines in the past and both have you locked in.
I prefer modafinil but I know some others prefer addy.
Adderall shouldn't be used long term for obvious reasons.
Modafinil apparently is better for long term use but it makes you feel pretty autistic so I wouldn't have it when I didn't need it
