The "ghost dubbing" in GITS 2 innocence also comes to mind. Why wouldn't that be what this place is.

That's what psychosis is, at least one type. It's like there's tech that can connect your head to a computer wirelessly, and you get visions and strange dreams. Like people are talking to you in them or trying to weave you into storylines. Yes. 616 replicates the 12 around 1 pattern you see everywhere. Jesus and 12 apostles, 12 houses of the zodiac around Earth, 12 ribs on each side, 12 hours AM and PM, 12 cranial nerves, the list goes on. 6+1+6 = 13, the 6th prime and number of the unknown. 6 is the number of man. One of my several takes on 616 is that it's two people (6) as 1, or "the beast with two backs".

The rest is ahrder to explain and I feel I've (artificially) begun to lose the ability to be interested in it. Lilith is the unseen architect of the veil. Essentially I think 616 is actually a giant spider put on our heads to put us into this illusion, people have a fear of spiders not due to cultural contagion or evolutionary psychology, but because it was the last thing we saw before being put into this dream world. A nerve interface put on top of the head and then its "legs" draped down over, 6 on each side. Spiders invoke fear because just as in a dream you can wake up by remembering your real body and feeling the bed and pillow and so on, when you see an 8 legged spider some aspect of your unconscious becomes aware of your real body. I see 616 as the psychophysical counterpart to 303. 3 being the aspects of a person (body mind spirit, and fractal recursion as in mother father child), with 0 in between being both nothing an infinity. Just like in a dream, you have zero separation from your sleeping body, and yet infinite separation, you could search the whole world and never find it. Your real body / basis isn't in the world, not directly anyway.

In the image you'll see that Lilith has 6 wings on each side, 1 body in the middle. Lilith is depicted with red hair. In existenz you see there is the creator in the middle aligned with the redhead (who stayed awake outside their dream, the veil) with 6 people on each side. 616. Ergo Proxy shows in the background the same symbol as the Lilith scene from EoE and Dark Messiah. Why? Same thing, hidden everywhere.

Impossible to say, really. The permutation space is not that large but it's hard to narrow down. I wouldn't be surprised if I woke up in a cave with an actual telepathic giant spider on my head, and I'm seeing reality by staring into its hypnotic eyes. Likewise it could be loosh farming, some variant of what they depict in the matrix (using people for energy production, storage, and compute), we could actually be immortal but put into some sort of time loop simulation that's trying different iterations. It could be like "Ghost dubbing" in GITS innocence, basically your entire sensory reality and your daily life are contrived contexts it creates because it can't read or interpret your memory directly without physically damaging the brain, so it has to get you to utilize those networks and create activity in something it can read and duplicate. So it's basically copying you. This can strictly material, the physical brain and your experiences, or it could be metaphycial, you have a connection to the Akashic records, source, an energy outside the universe, and it's trying to renew itself by draining new information out of this source using you as a conduit, and your avatar here as a sort of interface to make you think you're doing something you're not. Could be a prison. Could be the world ended in 2012 and we just don't know it because we were put into a dream, and who in a dream remembers what they were doing before they fell asleep.

All of these are testable, and I have done so. However they can't be narrowed down definitively, because if the system knows it's under test it'll play along and react to you testing it. The most straightforward way to become aware that there is a veil is by ceasing to react and only act, invert the flow of attention. Place your attention only inward, on your imagination and inner world. You'll find something immediately starts react to you. It continues until you're hypnotized again, Lilith must be on top.

Don't know. My initial intuition was to treat it like sleep paralysis, and try to force the real(er) body to start moving. To maybe get it to either sleepwalk and deactivate the device, or get it off somehow. So I focused on the number 303, which seems to be important. Moved the energy all to the back of the head, and tried to force myself awake. Weird things happened in every case, people around me acting strangely (not regarding me, just their behavior sort of slowed and became odd in some way), flashes of light, grid patterns in the sky. And generally I'll start seeing flashes of my own face with eyes closed, like I'm seeing through my eyelids into the reflection in some kind of glass. This started happening randomly several years prior (like 7 years ago), and then I found it could be triggered by this sequence. Beyond that, not sure. I thought perhaps the eclipse was a hole in reality and you needed to be at a certain place and project your mind through it, but although I was already in the path of totality, I was not at whatever that place was, so I don't know.

Last detail that seems relevant. When I've tried to astral project or leave the body, I immediately hit this black and white grid structure. Then snap back into the body.
