Affordable housing
There is now a father & son duo in Texas who are buying up affordable housing in Oklahoma and kicking out the residents.

This is after President Trump increased funding for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit in the Big Beautiful Bill.

if the property taxes low.

So Orange Man Bad because there's not enough gibs to pay rent for a bunch of orc single mothers?
Instead of bitching here, why not start up a charity to help your pets pay their rent?

There are millions of homes like that in this country if you don't NEED to live around the Hustle and Bustle (TM).

Housing is a money pit unless you flip it. And even if you flip it you are still paying a good amount of the final value over a 20 year mortgage plus utilities, repairs, remodeling over the years. Real estate in America as an investment opportunity is a meme. It takes decades for property values to increase. You might make 100k over 20 years which is like nothing.

These "affordable housing" scams drive up the price of housing. They take homes off the market and reserve them for poor browns who use government vouchers to pay their rent. They're not available for normal people so whites have a decreased housing supply. While people like OP are spiritually niggers you're not actual single mom niggers so you don't qualify for these programs so are forced to pay more for your housing.

Y'see, my business is owned by my son and my second business owns my son's business which owns my business and I own the bank in which funding is brought from so I can run my business while my son runs my business so I can run my business, therefore ill need an income to sustain my business and I need purchasing to continue my business. These depreciating assets in low income areas allow me to walk away with zero taxes. Have you not found a kike lawyer to help you do this???

Funny. I bought 2 rental homes between 2017 and 2020. Both have more than doubled in value while kicking off about $1000 per month combined. Also asked long term renter if he wants to buy the house. He said he has a huge payment on a boat so just wants to rent.
Paying interest on a depreciating asset vs appreciating asset.... ngmi

You are still liable. And doubling in value from 2017 to 2020 in 3 short years is uncommon. Florida? It's crazy how people there rent for 4k a month.

Yes I realize that, but it's a calculated risk. Also risky to have all assets in stock market. Both are starter homes. If I ever want to sell they will go fast and my "risk" is gone while I place the equity into other assets. Wisconsin actually. Our market benefited from sane people leaving Minneapolis during the summer of love.

when you dont have rent payment and dont have to worry about being evicted (yes i know property taxes, but that takes 7yrs) you have a sense of peace and security that is comfy. i know several people who drive over an hr in shitty traffic in the city
