Vance was never meant to be president. He was chosen because everyone, left and right, doesn't want a President Vance, thus reducing the odds that someone's going to take a pot shot at Trump again.

I have recently become aware that they're going to let medical doctors from overseas come into the usa too. For now its like german doctors to rural areas but this program just started in 2024 and is their opening to shove 8 trillion stinkjeet rapist fake doctors into the usa.
