For ocean fishing i only know about the port of La paloma and some rocks in Atlantida, river fishing is more difficult since most of the time you have to go deeper into the country side and if you have no friends arounds it´s a coin toss weather they let you in or tell you to fuck off, also there are some river jews that leave their nets in the good spots they might try to mug you if they see you alone i wouldn´t go unarmed there either desu
