What causes neets? These aren’t just losers who don’t work or moveout of their parents house. This is more extreme these types never left their parents house since high school never dates or had friends and are content to waste away behind a screen til the day they die. What drives men to such nihilism? Do they think life has nothing to offer them?

Im going to give you a hint about waiting on a job in the future. You are in a race against time. Ageism is real in the job market. The longer you wait to get a job, the harder it is going to be to get one. Lets say you get a degree at 35, who is going to hire you for an entry level position when youre competing against people who finished their degrees at 22-26? The ageism would be fair because why waste your time with someone who makes it clear that they arent prioritizing their life? If you cant manage your own life, why would I want you managing any aspect of my company?

I was comatose from the age of 12 until 37. I woke up last September. I was playing baseball with my friends, then I saw a ball zooming toward my face, then suddenly I'm middle age, my muscles barely move, and everyone is brown and fat. I can't go back to Jr. High. I'm a 29 year old neet, never had a job, never had a driver's license, dropped out of college after one year and haven't done a single thing since. The problem is I'm profoundly socially strange and easy to ostracize, I've only had a couple friends in my life as well but they are normal and now gone. My parents have never once pressured me to do anything. My days consist of wake up, go to computer, mom calls down for dinner, they talk about something while I listen, then I go back to my computer, back to bed, and repeat for almost a decade now. I'm friendly with both my parents and they're both very extroverted, but I am certainly a shame for them because they hate talking about their son but not their successful and sociable daughter. My dad in particular is diagnosed Narcissistic from his work, I think he enjoys my ability to listen to him talk about himself for 5 hours straight every now and then. They definitely don't ever mention anything about me or my situation, not even a single time. It's strange. I'm not trying to make excuses I'm just saying what my relationship with them is. Everyone comes off as happy here.

Obviously I want a job and all this because I pretty much worship karma and I've lived a fine life in that ive barely harmed any one, mostly on account of me barely even interacting with anyone, and my only true sin is sloth and being a leech to my family. All I need to do is live on my own and I'm fine. but I just have zero clue how to reintegrate into society. I have no marketable skills either. I just never knew what normal life is like out there so I don't know. I'm not depressed if you can believe it and my mental health is great, usually during family gatherings particularly with my sister's friends or her husband's family, there's someone in a sort of spiritual crisis and I'm able to help them at least reach a neutral point of where they're at. I can't do much else. That's my story.

The paycheck would just be little bonus that would allow you some agency, whether it's buying an upgrade for your computer or even getting out of the house more, taking a trip or something of that nature. I know most of you are NEETS and will say that this is some kind of W against the jewish system or whatever. But in reality nothing happens as always, you will get to 30-40, your parents will die and you will just not be able to afford living after that point. You will probably have to get the most wagecuck slavery job at that age if you never had a job your entire life. And often NEETS not only they dont have a job, they also do not have any social life and play video games and rot in their room all day.

I also want to add the reason why i NEETed was my parents pushed me way too hard to waste my youth doing shit i didn't want to do. Like playing sports or waging from a very young age. Rather in America hard work is not rewarded. You don't get anywhere working hard in a competitive job market paid for the hour. The path to success in Western civilization has become very rigid. Basically you have to graduate and either go to college, go to trade school, join the military, or gamble on entrepreneurial ventures. If you stumble at any one of these, as NEETs often do, climbing your way back onto the path can feel nigh impossible. They get kicked out of college and suddenly no college wants them, they have too much debt, plus they have health problems so the military won’t take them and they struggle to find apprenticeships. This is usually how it goes. Eventually they just give up. NEETs are a consequence of a society that has made it so that there are no remotely well paid higher status lower skill jobs that can be reasonably obtained.

In order to make it in western civilization you need to sellout or wage for 40 years in order to collect social security. A lot of high school friends i had sold out and joined the military. These were kids from working class families. College does not guarantee you a high paying job but it does increase your chance as you are taught a valuable skill. But the crutch is college comes with a shit ton of student loan debt. So while job security is low yet pay may be high you are still thrown into the fire gambling your life away trying to make big money while having big amounts of debt.

The most stable career choice is trades. The trade meme with Mike Rowe goes back over 20 years ago. I was there. Get a trades job. Well trades have a negative too and that's you are exposed to dangerous chemicals or situations that can cripple you for life. That's the trade off there. You can make good money then lose it all later in paying medical bills.

The sure fire way to make it in America without any risk is to be born into wealth. It's the only way actually. You just take old money to make new money. You can't lose. That's why capitalism is a shitty economic system and anyone who says otherwise is simply blinded by propaganda and too high on life to see how unfair and imbalanced it all is.

This is something I realized and that's why I am making steps, learning, building and trying to get an education. Money part is not what worries me, I have worked and I can get a factory job. Not great but I won't self destruct. The silence is what I fear the most. I just can not connect with people anymore. I do not let people closer than an arms lenght, ever. Parents are the only ones. Money and a roof, you don't need to be mega competent to afford them. It's really bad for need girls as at least neet men can get a physical labor job pretty easily. I was one of about 10 white kinds in a 3000 student public school that was 99+% hispanic. I was bullied so aggressively for being white that I had to leave and take the early graduation test, which meant I didn't have senior transcripts or SAT scores
My parents insisted that I go to college anyway (I wanted to join the Army, who gave me a warrant officer helicopter pilot offer after I got a 97 on the ASVAB) so I went to a private, non-accredited art school for commercial photography
I was actually a good photographer and got a few years into a career and then cheap digital photography crashed the industry
I was able to combine my photography skills with my decent writing skills and start writing for car magazines but then the '08 recession happened and they all started shutting down until there wasn't enough work to live on by about 2013
I then managed to get a job doing media for a race shop/parts company and its race team, which turned into me being the de facto manager and a part-time technician, but I couldn't get the owner to pay me enough to keep up with the local cost of living and couldn't find anybody else to hire me for such a specialized job
I then took a job working for an overseas company, running their US operations (which was just me and temporary hires for events), but the boss was an idiot and ran the company into the ground overspending on flashy marketing and promo events despite my protests
I then decided "fuck it, I'm gonna go be a pilot like I always wanted to.' Got into a super competitive college program, was top of my class, got a scholarship, was kicking ass - and then covid happened and fucked the whole thing
I haven't found a job since, not helped by the fact that my parents are now 78 and I have to spend a lot of time helping them with medical stuff etc. that means I need a fixed schedule
I'm gonna go take some trade classes this fall.

I've been neeting for 8 months now and I gotta say I'm enjoying every day of it. I am hitting new weightlifting prs regularly, I have time to cook and eat a bunch of healthy food, I get plenty of outside time, I drive through the countryside on my motorbike some days. I have had time to read many books, play games and watch vids online, and scroll here.
The government gibs allow me to afford all my food. I have savings from my last shitty corporate job that I really do not miss so I have a safety net.
I'll probably have to get another job soon, or so I keep telling myself, but I'm actually happy and don't pay tax toward migrants or any of the other fucked up things my country is doing.
