Anyway, assuming retards get what they want, the tax works, the more you tax people, the less tax you receive, generally speaking at 100% tax you cannot expect to even receive the tax ever from anyone eligible for it and at 10%+ you see negative returns because people get angry or upset with it, why own property that will get taxed 100%, you'd sell that shit ASAP and or prepare to go to war over it.
