The whole rapture thing is based on Mathew 24:40 regarding the end to come and to paraphrase that: Two men in a field, one is taken the other is not, two women working at the mill, one is taken the other is not, be prepared as you will not know the day of Lord coming. He claims that the day or hour is not known but it will happen during the lifetime of his followers and specifically talks like his followers will experience this. The rapture is a 100% real. Catholics are not Christians nor are Mormons or JW. I've studied the rapture extensively for years and can say with full conviction, it is Biblically based. The whole "alien" agenda is to disprove the rapture when it occurs. They will explain it away by saying those raptured were removed by aliens. Yes, the rapture is in Scripture. The rapture in Greek is the "harpazo" which was then translated to the Latin "rapturo" which became rapture. The rapture is talked about in 1 Thessalonians chapter 4 and Luke chapter 17, for example.
