I've been eating eggs daily for years. I've missed maybe 2 or 3 days of not eating them. My teeth are no longer sensitive to cold or even sugar if I eat it. It took a while for it to happen but it works.

I went to the dentist recently after 30 years of not going. He said I must have.been going to a dentist regularly because I have really good teeth, no cavities, and everything looked good. then I told him I hadn’t been in 30 years and he changed his tune and gave me this long lecture about how I need properly brush and tried to get me to make an appointment for some deep cleaning lol
