I believe this was launched from 201 Evans Ranch Rd, Evergreen CO. Mt. Evan Outdoor Laboratory but also listed as a summer camp with no registration available.

All I know is what I remember. The launch was unannounced, never disclosed, it took place during some other unprecedented aerial phenomenon, and this is the only picture. I dont remember where exactly the picture came from, and the one posted here is a smaller version as the original is very large.
