These studies always make veggies like far better than they are.
Meat is the cleaniest and healthiest food, which is why carnivorism, an extreme diet consisting of mainly organic meats (some add eggs and/or dairy) is the cleanest diet, allowing for a plethora of gut related issues to heal. Meat enters the gut as a clear fluid so you don't eve need fiber to "clean" it, again something globohomo golems argue vehemently in favour of.
Lots of saturated fat (avocados, meats, some oils) can be a problem if combined with sugar, sweeteners and jew supplements. But nobody is telling you to eat meat like a nigger. That's on you.
Veggies are okay as long as they don't cause you issues. Not great but okay. Middle of the pack.
