Nope, he also got a notification from Tesla it was because he used the cybertruck in his video and has a song named cybertruck so they consider it violation of the brand name, got cease and desist and all.

The fact it has that function means if the government demands it they will do it.
Also it can have a camera so if you do some traffic violation it will charge you itself.
Total shit.

You might not be accurate with your language, but Tesla would be. Tesla not utilizing dealers is something the company cares very deeply about, they would NOT make such a retarded mistake. This dumb nigger trying to get attention on the internet literally does not understand the distinction.

You know what is funny? I already know they will never use it against thieves, because you need to denounce first, receive a mandate from a prosecutor, and still they are going to not do it to avoid to put in danger the thief. But you instead, just accepted the term and conditions, so they can shut down you any time.

Wrong, they literally have to utilize dealerships in a bunch of states
>48 states have laws that limit or ban manufacturers from selling vehicles directly to consumers,[34][35][36]

Also
>The Tesla letter (shown in video) was signed by "Dinna Eskin," who is IN FACT "VP of Legal" at Tesla.

I think the trademark/copyright system needs to have a clause that allows unaffliated use of the brand in derivative works like music videos.
The brands are part of the public imagery after all, they force us to see them so recreating that reality should be allowed.

It is allowed though. You can't have a car brand named Tesla anymore but they can't prevent you from talking about Tesla or mentioning it.
