Katie dropped the case herself for some reason. Journos have found her recently and she apparently lives in a really plush house in California and lives real comfy. She likely got bought. What's there to report if all Katie had was her testimony and she never went public with her face and then decided to go private.
If she had something to show im sure the media would have gone public with it. the access hollywood tapes shows they absolutely were willing to air anything of substance if it was given to them.

on a side note i saw her testimony and i do find her credible so its a shame she never went public with her face like that recent chick did with gloria allred.
