This is just the immediate border of Eretz Israel Babylon.

The Brits and Euros want so called "Greater Israel".
This allows them to control:
1. All 3 ship routes of chinese trinkets to Europe.
2. More oil including the largest oil patch in the world Ghawar Oil field.
