I subsist off of oats, oatmilk, blueberries, raw honey, eggs, butter, white rice, onions, green onions, potatoes, and garlic. In the morning I eat a bowl of oats with oatmilk and frozen blueberries with honey, and for lunch I eat 3-4 eggs with a bowl of white race and vegetables. Younger guys are health-conscious these days. But I won't deny we are a fatfuck nation, and yes I did have Mcdonald's over the weekend.

The explanation is so simple it's insane how people don't just instinctually know it.
UK for all of its existence has been one of the worst shitholes on earth. The only thing protecting UK from invasions was the sea and they still got constantly invaded and destroyed. Brits never won a fight.

Then gunpowder from China spread to Europe. They started making guns in Italy, then those guns spread to France and Germany and all over Europe.
One of the last, if not last, people who got their hands on guns were Brits. So Brits got their guns and they are now ready to invade, but who do you invade? Everyone in Europe has guns. So they took their ships and sailed the entire world looking for any tribe, nation or country that doesn't have guns and then they used their guns to take over.
Then eventually the countries they took over had guns too, so UK retreated. Now UK doesn't have guns.

You can just look at the map of the British empire. They took over every country that didn't get guns yet. The average brit is a low IQ mongoloid that is dangerous only when you give him a gun.
