It makes sense once you think about it. Russia is a continental country, with many ethnicities in it. It would never benefit from a racial purity ideology. Purity is unattainable, there will always be a smaller group to become the new "pure racial standard", and thus making the purity movement weaker by every goal it achieves. Russia would never benefit from that, it makes sense. Instead, Russia knows that quantity, in terms of human capital, is one of it's own strenghts, and so Dugin focuses more on culture than in race. In a nuclear war between nations, which of these would fare "better":
A country with 50 million aryans or a country with 1.5 billion non-aryans? Seems pretty obvious.
