My wife keeps insisting that this steak is raw, I tell her it's medium rare. So I have decided to submit the debate to /pol/ to settle it once and for all. What do you say anons?

It's rare. I'd call it blue. I'm not surprised at the fact you're Spanish however. When ordering steak there I always used to say 'well done' because your well-done is medium rare elsewhere.
